“Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet……

“It serves its purpose. One thing that was odd was that we were put in a room in a separate building—nobody else was staying in it. Great! Peace and quiet-we had to wake up at 3AM to catch our flight so that was perfect.
Except that one other guest was there when we came back from diner…and they put him in the room right next to ours! I don’t know how many rooms were in the building--16?…20?—so why put us side by side so we can hear each other talking through the walls?

“Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight.
Met a lot of nice people during our stay.
The welcoming scotch was fantastic.
We heard the breakfast was minimal. It was not, filled with all kinds of homemade apple strudel, mushroom quiche, chocolate pastries, many other delicious sweet muffins, etc.”
