Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, a whole house duplex accessible for rent to accommodate up to 8 people. This home is on a quiet country neighborhood road, just 11 miles from downtown Knoxville. The home has separate entrances. Each unit has a fully stocked kitchen, washer, and dryer, and full bathroom with tub and shower. The home has parking for 4 vehicles and a shared outdoor patio and fire-pit. The back entrance has a wheelchair ramp (home is not ADA compliant).

1) This home is a single level home split into a duplex. The whole house is available for rent to accomodate a max of 8 guests. (See separate airbnb listing for individual unit bookings if needed)

-Unit A, sleeps 3 people: 1 bedroom (queen bed) with TV, 1 bathroom with shower/bath combo, full kitchen with w/d, coffee maker, keurig, dining room table, desk, living room, tv with sound bar, front sitting porch, and 1 Twin XL Roll-away bed, games, books, extra linens, ceiling fans, and iron with ironing board.

-Unit B, sleeps 5 people: 1 bedroom (2 queen beds) with TV, 1/2 bath, living room with additional full bath including separate soaking tub, and shower, w/d, fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker and keurig, kids games, extra linens, iron with ironing board, back deck with table, living room with couch that converts to a twin bed.

2) All overnight guests must be accounted for at time of booking, or approved with owners if changes occur after booking. NO over the max guests allowed.

3) We are unable to accommodate pets and there is no smoking allowed. A minimum of $275 fine for non-compliance, as well as termination of reservation and additional cleaning fee may occur.
*MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25.
