The ground floor features a cozy living area, a modern kitchen with a sleek island, a dining area, and a practical storage room with a washing machine. A beautifully designed bedroom with direct access to the pool adds to the convenience. The rest of the three rooms are upstairs.   
  
Step outside and enjoy the stunning private pool with a sun terrace, loungers, and a covered barbecue area—ideal for alfresco dining under the stars. The fenced garden enhances privacy, making it a serene retreat.

Just a short drive away, Pula’s historic old town awaits with its remarkable Roman amphitheater, hosting concerts and cultural events in the summer. The Verudela resort also offers scenic bathing bays, top-notch restaurants, and tennis courts.

Generell ist es ein schönes Haus um Familienurlaub mit bis zu 8 Personen zu machen. Erdgeschoss mit Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer ist schön. Auch der Pool ist gepflegt. Jedoch ist das Haus noch nicht 100% fertig. Steckdosen an Fernseher sind provisorisch, teilweise sind noch Bau-Schmuzreste zu sehen, Internet ist nicht stabil. Klimaanlage ist nur im EG. Im OG gibt es keine.
