Cozy cottage in Sandy Pond

  • Cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage right in the heart of Sandy Pond. Has 6 beds and sleeps 10. Steps to our water access and boat launch. Is a four season home. Take a ride to boater's beach or Sandy Island Beach, kayak or jet ski in the spring and summer. Go salmon fishing in town at the world famous Salmon River in the Fall. Hit the snowmobile trails right from the front door or cross the street and ice fish right on Sandy Pond in the winter. The possibilities are endless. Located a row back from the water front, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club, and the Sandy Pond Country Cupboard ("the little store"). Truly a wonderful place to visit.

    A mile from Sandy Island Beach State Park, and a close drive to Southwick beach and Selkirk State park. Beautiful salmon River falls are a great day trip nearby.
