“This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I'm someone who regularly stays at 2- and 3-star hotels while driving to Florida two or three times a year. I arrived very late at night with my children and our dog, so finding another place to stay wasn't a realistic option. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare. There was ketchup under the beds, and all of the bed linens had various stains. We had booked a suite specifically so we could use the sofa bed, but the……

“It was terrible. Dirty used qtips by the dresser. The shower was so clogged it was like taking a bath while showering. Not to mention hair on the floor and sticky floors. Even though we just needed a room for the night, never again…disgusting!”

“There were maintenance issues with the room, electrical outlet not working, bed frame had metal sticking out i I kept catching my leg on. Hair in bathroom on floor. The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though.”
