The loft features a stylish kitchenette, breakfast nook, and a pleasant work-space with a prime street view.



The Space:

Enjoy the freedom of this open-concept loft, allowing easy transitions from space to space. The retro decor perfectly complements the vibe of the Duke campus area. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a view from breakfast nook, or take in a movie in the cozy living room as you rest your feet after a day of exploring downtown Durham. Games are also provided for your enjoyment.



The bedroom area features a queen-sized daybed, that also has a pull-out trundle should you want extra sleeping space. Catch up on emails from the dedicated desk space which also offers a lovely view of the tree-lined street outside.



The living room couch is a futon that can be set up for a separate sleeping space for two. A pillow-top cushion is provided for extra comfort.



Guest Access:

Guests will enter from a shared exterior door with one other unit, but also enjoy the security of a second, locked ground-level door exclusively for this property. Ring cameras are also on-site for additional peace-of-mind.



Once through your private entrance, guests will then ascend one flight of stairs to a welcoming landing, complete with a bench to kick off your shoes and get comfortable. The loft is the entire second-floor unit.



The Neighborhood:

Peaceful, tree-lined street just north of the iconic Duke University Campus. Walking distance to countless local eateries, coffee shops, supermarkets and more.



Other Things to Note:

The loft features comfortably defined spaces while embracing open-concept living. Please note, this means there are no doors separating the living and sleeping spaces other than the bathroom.

This unit also does not offer a dishwasher or a laundry area. There is a laundromat conveniently located 0.3 mi away.

Street parking for two cars is available for guests during their stay. Please be sure to observe any city parking signs or restrictions.

Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation.
