“The room was ok, but the bathroom smelled like urine. It would not dissipate even with the door left open. I didn't try to change rooms as the hotel was sold out. The staff didn't seem to be that concerned when it was mentioned, but said they would pass the message on to housekeeping. I would have preferred to have stayed closer to Denison University, but those hotels were also sold out.”

“The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that.”

“That place needs to be shutdown was very nasty unclean didn’t even sleep in the room slept in my car couldn’t take or wouldn’t take a shower in there was yellow stained shower head broke the floor weak scared fall threw they put a piece of plastic over the soft spot making it worse toilet so yellow inside didn’t use it was a waste of money 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend health department needs to shut that place down hallways smelt like weed and people was stripping cars in parking lot”
