“There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that.”

“This place is amazing! I stayed here with my two sons in a two bedroom apartment-style unit. Overall, the facility is great, a luxury apartment on a property that felt like being in a national park. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Swimming pools were large and luxurious with pool-side bars. On-site dining in room service were also great. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It’s a great location and nice vibe. Just two things: 1. The bed is up very steep spiral staircase… toilet is downstairs. If you go to the loo in the middle of the night take care! 2. The spare pullout bed was crazy uncomfortable, saggy middle and blocks access to the front door. I gave this feedback and got a slightly passive aggressive response. Much better to just sleep on the bench couch downstairs if you have to.”
