“Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The showers did not work, the toilets did not flush, and we were unaware of that until after we used the toilets so the room smelled terrible. The rest of the evening because the toilet did not flush. I do not recommend going there. I called the front desk that morning and they were no help. I asked for a refund and they said a manager would be getting in contact with me today. I’ve yet to have a phone call from them zero out of 10 experience.”

“Took 3 staff members, 2 hours to find my reservation, which was booked through the Home Office website. Parking is a joke. They took what used to be guest parking in the front and made the whole area very expensive valet parking. “Sink was broken and tub had cracks in it. TV was old and not up to date, phone in room did not work. Hotel is not easy to find with google maps. They charged another 50.00 refundable fee for room damages on top of the 71.00 for the night. The room was not worth 71.00. Staff was friendly but area is not a great area. Lot of nosie and stomping upstairs and barely sleep.”
