“Had an excellent stay. Family of 3 had plenty of room and our own beds. Had great location and parking. Host checked in to make sure everything was going good with the stay or to address any issues. It was nice to have a kitchenette with dishes and breakfast included.”

“The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It is a beautiful location with an open floorplan. It is well kept and safe, located moments from Williams Bay and the bustling downtown of Lake Geneva. A few things to note:1. The extra beds are a pull out sofa and two foldable mattress chairs;they are part of the daytime furniture, not ready to go beds. 2. “This condo was perfect for our stay at Lake Como. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The host, Lori, was very responsive to our questions. We got a notice from the condo association that they would be doing work on the roof in the unit we were staying in, Lori was upset by the work because it was loud and slightly disrupted our vacation. Without us asking, Lori gave us a partial night refund for the inconvenience. We appreciated this immensely and……

“Prior to booking my room I reached out to the host on serval separate instances to ensure I’d be able to check in upon my arrival from Georgia only to get in at 4:30am and be stuck without a room with children. There should have been some type of compensation considering it was the agents mix up.”
