“The location of this hotel was excellent. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. But, the biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking and rolling their suitcases in the hallway, as well as loud stomping noises from the room above. “Great location walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. Best for family rooming. Bathroom is in main bedroom area and door to bathroom isn’t super private. Check in is exactly at 4pm. No way of getting early check in. The luggage storage available is nice to have as long as you can trust people. It’s not checked baggage, just a closet open to anyone who has access to the building, but still a nice option to have.”

“There needs to be someone who can respond to a question. I was stuck there because of the blizzard, so ASAP I was inquiring whether we could extend or not but we had checkout the next day. Didn’t hear back until we had already left and had to find a hotel nearby. ”
