La clim se règle facilement et est efficace très rapidement.Le balcon a une superbe vue mer. Ensoleillé le matin, il est ombragé en fin de matinée permettant d'y déjeuner et dîner en regardant les yachts spectaculaires. N'oubliez pas vos jumelles.Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité avec le centre de Sainte-Maxime, la petite épicerie toute proche et l'embarcadère des navettes maritimes. Tout se fait à pied.Une mention particulière pour la petite plage agréable à 30 m. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. Sea view too ! Location excellent - just a short walk into the main part of town, with a Casino grocery store nearby also. Secure parking which is a huge bonus in this busy coastal town.
