Quaint and Cozy, this home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully appointed kitchen. Conveniently located near the Arkansas Trail system and minutes to historic downtown Salida. This home offers: \-Master bedroom with full bath and king size bed \-Upstairs bedroom with a queen bed \-Upstairs bedroom with two twin beds \-Wood burning fireplace \-TV with streaming capabilities \-WiFi \-Fully appointed kitchen \-Large parking area \-Spectacular views of the Collegiate Peaks \-Minutes to hiking/biking trails and downtown Salida \-Gas Grill \-Washer/Dryer \-Sunny Deck \-2 well behaved dogs are allowed ​​​​​​​All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as, toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries. I would say the photos make it look as if it is on a very private piece of land, however homes all around and busy road next to it (during hunting season). Easy access to Salida and restaurants and activities. We did have a challenge getting the home warm enough in early November, and would suggest a new mattress in the master as we had to use another room as it was not comfortable. It was a cozy home, could easily accommodate more than just the two of us, pet friendly. Very clean. Convenient location. And very quiet. View from deck spectacular. The amenities, the beds were comfortable, the view, the access to downtown Salida. Comfortable accomodations and great view in a perfect location! It was easy to explore Salida and the surrounding areas. We loved the wrap-around deck and property. The house was not as large as it appeared in the photos but it was cozy. The kitchen was well-equiped. We specially liked that our dogs were welcome!
