I REGRET STAYING AT THIS HOTEL! Please read. Location: Is great, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach parking lot: is right in front of the hotel. Front desk: was hit and miss some days they had nice staff some days rude staff. Night staff were a lot nicer and helpful Restaurant staff: Very nice servers but the food takes forever to come. Room: The first night our room looked clean until we had ants crawling on us in the bed and noticed on the floor everywhere I wish I could upload the pictures. We stayed here for 5 night on 3rd day I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk for clean towels & to send the housekeeper cause we haven’t had anyone to clean the room for 3 days & they did I wish they didn’t bed sheets were never changed they just made the bed and gave us new towels no coffee cups either on top of all that our gold jewelries were stolen we went downstairs asked for the manager she said his busy I’ll let him know fair enough 5th day still nothing. I asked the front desk when I was checking out yesterday she said they’re investigating they will call u im back home and still nothing. please DO NOT LEAVE any of your valuables in the SAFE cause THEY HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAFE they will take your stuff.. Pool area: was clean it was pretty boring we were there from Sunday to Friday we didn’t see any DJ or bartender behind the pool bar we had to walk to the restaurant to get drinks. Pleas think twice before you book your vacation here!

The infinity pool allows for an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and many were funny. When our luggage was late to arrive, they helped provide some essentials we needed such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. Many things are within walking distance. They provided great suggestions of things to do.

We enjoyed our stay for our first visit to San Juan. The hotel is beautiful and right on the beach with a lovely pool area. The dining was good and we were upgraded to an ocean view room. Excellent service and stay overall!

We originally got the hotel based off the pictures and it saying adult only. We thought it would have a fun night life at the hotel more things do to do, water games, a bigger pool. There was only 1 small pool, no jacuzzi, no water games, no night time fun things to do in the hotel. Hotel was smaller than expected. Will not stay again.
