Located in the Gros neighborhood, where surfing, culture, and gastronomy coexist in front of La Zurriola Beach.
In Gros, sports and the beach go hand in hand. There are always people surfing, skateboarding, running, or playing basketball in the streets of this neighborhood.
At the end of the beach, at the foot of Mount Ulia, is Sagüés, where you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets in San Sebastián.
Gros is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. You can get there on foot from the center or by public transportation.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. Heating, TV, and free Wi-Fi are included.

Prima ruim appartement op een geweldige locatie in het fijne Gros. Het appartement heeft 2 badkamers met fijne douches. Van de kamers liggen 2 slaapkamers en 1 woonkamer aan de straatkant met ramen. De keuken, badkamers en de andere slaapkamer hebben alleen een raam naar een licht- en luchtkoker. Maar met het strand op een steenworp afstand en ontelbare barretjes en restaurants was dit een prima uitvalsbasis!

Magnifique appartement
Appartement très bien placé. Une chambre noire sans fenêtre (condamnée), mais ce n est pas gênant pour un court séjour. Il est plus grand qu il ne semble sur les photos, très agréable.La procédure d arrivée est un peu contraignante (personne sur place, mais il faut arriver précisement entre 16h et 20h)., et appel téléphonique obligatoire,, pas de dépose bagage possible. Tout le reste est super.

Surprisingly large flat, which was nice and clean. It's in a great location - close to the surfing beach and in easy walking distance to the old town. We had a lovely stay!

Great location, noise a problem
Great location, near shops, pleasant 15 min walk to old town, hosts quickly responsive to requests. Unit was clean with everything functioning but a bit more sparse than fotos showed. Plenty of room. If you are used to city living and sleep like a rock no matter what than I would recommend this place for you. The ONLY issue that would keep us from renting this place again is the noise. There are several bars/ restaurants (great pintxos) just below across street as well as big trash and recycle bins. Teo of the bedrooms are on this side of the bldg. Lot of noise until late, then 1-2 times/night there is big clatter from trash/ recycle pickup. We had to keep balcony doors/windows closed. With no AC, it was stuffy. Ear plugs helped a little but unfortunately, this was a big issue for us.

Goede locatie in Gros.
Ruim huis op prima locatie. Netjes maar mag wel een opknapbeurtje gebruiken. Voor dezelfde prijs zijn er ook iets nettere woningen te vinden. Ritje Ikea voor nieuwe matrassen zou ook mogen. Kortom prima maar niet zo gelikt als op de foto. Incheck verliep beetje rommelig. Op afstand via whatsapp terwijl er iemand zou zijn. Kan ook duidelijker.
