“Imagine walking into a warm and cozy suite illuminated by Christmas tree lights and the reflection of Penobscot Narrows Bridge on the bay and freshly fallen snow AFTER a 24-hour flight delay. This was the welcome Lauri created for us when we arrived at midnight. We traveled from Florida to watch our son play basketball at MMA and even though we lost a day, the entire experience we had made up for it.
