Attached Unit, a few minute walk from the Beach

  • Full one bedroom, one bathroom, living area with a 60 inch flat screen and kitchenette. This is an attached with its own private entry. We are located one and a half blocks from a private beach with key access. This dwelling is attached to our home that we live in with our family and animals including two small dogs and two cats.

Really nice place; clean & efficient. Easy parking, and a 2-block walk to beach was fabulous. Jim responded immediately to all my questions. I will definetely stay here again.

Beautiful stay and neighborhood was just delightful to go on a morning walk. Carport and checkin was super easy and convenient Will definitely stay here again.

It was an awesome stay. Great place near the private beach which was the best. Walk about 2 blocks up. It was very quiet, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Loved the private area. Will be returning to stay here. Had a great relaxing b-day weekend. Also Jim was very fast at responding to my message. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Stunning private neighborhood with attentive hosts

Lovely one bedroom apartment with dedicated parking located in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a small beach. Short drive to Santa Barbara attractions. Host was responsive and friendly. Really loved our stay!

Lovely property, very clean and private. Check in was a breeze as directions were clear. Bed was super comfortable and the living area was light and bright. Its in a quiet neighborhood near the ocean and the private beach is lovely. If you are looking for something quiet and out of the hustle and bustle this is a great spot.

This place is a gem! We were in town for my son’s student orientation at UCSB, and this place is very conveniently located to campus and easy to get to. It was a very clean, private, quiet and safe sanctuary to return to after a long and full day at UCSB. I would stay here over and over each time I’m visiting UCSB. Hosts were quick to respond and wonderful.

Quiet, close proximity to Santa Barbara and Goleta

Our daughter goes to UCSB and we wanted to stay nearby but not in a cookie cutter hotel. This place fit our criteria and much more. The place is just right for the two of us and our medium sized dog. The neighborhood is very, very nice and private access to the beach is just down the street. We would stay there again and again.

My husband and I had a lovely stay with our Golden doodle. It was just what we needed for a quick getaway. It’s an about a 10 minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara. The private beach access was very nice. If you go, be prepared for a somewhat steep decline and then several stairs to actually reach the beach. It’s totally doable, but something to be prepared for. The other thing to be prepared for is that this is close to the Santa Barbara airport. So, there are some early and late flights that may wake you up. It wasn’t that big of a deal, but we got startled one morning. We would absolutely stay here again though. Lovely and overall quiet neighborhood.

Great place for two

Great place for two people. The walk to the beach was quick and safe. Private beach for the association meant not alot of people. Well off the beaten path in a great neighborhood.

This unit was so beautiful and clean ! The host was very communicative in making our stay comfortable. The access to the beach was a amazing bonus to this place. Originally planned for a one night stay but ended up loving it so much we stayed another night. Highly recommend

cute little studio

my husband and I had a comfortable and quick stay in this cute little studio space. The shower has perfect temp and water pressure; and the access to the private beach was such a bonus! The double bed was a little small for the two of us to share, but we knew that going into it... not sure a larger bed could fit into the bedroom space or not! Thanks again for a lovely stay!
