“Perfect spot to just get away at the Cape! ”

“We ended up arriving very late into the night and they were extremely accommodating in providing us all the information needed! It was a clean room with the classic Cape Cod charm!”

“They waited up for us to let us in. Must have been about 3am. So very kind.”

“I would suggest upgrading the WIFI. It wasn’t user friendly. Other than that it was clean, very well maintained, and the gentleman that owned it was very accommodating.”

“We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with our dog and toddler, the place is really nice! Clearly recently renovated, rooms were well kept, great location on the cape. Would recommend!”

“The motel is located very close to the attractions on Main Street, Hyannis; walkable distance. The room was spacious and clean, newly renovated bathroom. Some noise from the street, but the rooms are set back, so not a disturbance. The guests were a bit noisy in the early evening, but quiet by 9PM. So a good value for a place to stay during a Cape visit.”

“The property was very well maintained and relaxing!! Breakfast was very well attended by all of the staff. Loved the bayside watching the birds. The only thing I would say is it’s missing bar food… bartender was amazing!!!”

“Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great every day, dining area well maintained. Rooms need some serious work, they are very outdated and poorly maintained, although clean enough. Bring your own pillow if you plan to stay, beds are uncomfortable. Back ache every morning. They are trying to improve the outside and there are fun activities with equipment provided.”

“The first night was not quiet, because my neighbors were very noisy but nobody intervened to quiet them . Beside that, everything was perfectly good.”

“Fist time in Cape Cod and staying at this hotel was a good Choice. It was central to getting around. Staff was nice and hot breakfast every morning was great. Only drawback was the construction on the second floor and one of the elevators kept holding people hostage that it was finally taken out of commission- which left only one elevator. My family and I mostly took the stairs to be on the safe side. Also, housekeeping at this hotel cleans every other day. During our six days stay, housekeeping……
