“In front of the door there were lots of leaves and pollen. When I told the owner he said there is a broom on site that I can use. The washroom door needs adjustment, was not shutting .”

“We rented this property for two nights. After we found where to get entry information, 4 or 5 codes to get there. The grand finale was the door to the suite DID NOT work. This was after hauling everything up 3 flights. We loaded our stuff back in the car and back to the person who gave us the codes. He didn’t know what to do and told us to contact the owners. We searched and there is no way to contact the owners. We then had to go get another place to stay. I want my money back as this……
