“The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous). There were tons of people living in the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. Ultimately, I appreciated that the room was clean and inexpensive. I definitely would not choose to stay there again,……

“I chose this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool. Upon our arrival, we noted a sign on the pool door stating that the pool was closed. When I inquired about when the pool would be opened (I was there for 10 days), they stated "we have no idea, we are waiting on the state." The pool was closed for the duration of our trip. Upon entering our room on a Monday evening, I noted the typical "do not disturb" door hanger on our door and left it for us to sleep in in the morning. I……

The resterant and owner / staff / food are great . - that’s such a plus to have downstairs and it’s a short walk also to other places across the street. Very Happy also that you are not on the money grab for charging for parking! - it’s just a principal thing if you’re a guest staying often. Please keep it that way! “My 1st booking at a neighboring hotel was horrible, never made it past the front lobby, didn’t check in, and didn’t receive refund upon cancellation. Comfort Inn and Suites had an immediate booking. Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff and check-in was quick! Which was extremely helpful since we had a softball tournament to get too! Room and bathroom clean, stocked, and cool on arrival. “I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The carpet was heavily stained and visibly dirty, making it look like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were also dirt stains on the walls, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. On top of that, the room had a strong mildew odor that made it feel damp and unclean from the moment I walked in. Overall, the cleanliness was far below what I expected, and it made my stay very uncomfortable. I expect……

“This hotel wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed at, but would stay at again. It was clean but definitely not the most up-to-date hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I have would be that the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that we couldn't even sit in it because it burned our eyes so bad.”
