“Overall, found the staff to be very friendly and courteous; the only reason I was unable to give five stars was due to my room smelling like stale cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free room (no fault of the owners). The building is quite old, but appears to be maintained within reason. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. For the price, I cannot complain!”

“We arrived to find people in the parking lot drinking various types of alcohol and women who appeared to be escorts. The place felt very unsafe. We requested a refund as we did not feel safe due to the clientele and were denied. The concierge was very rude stating that other guests feel safe so we would not be refunded. ”

“My husband and I stayed overnight and we had a great time. We plan to come back during the summer. Great location and we were near many restaurants and had great views. ”

“The location of the Inn is ideal. About a block to the beach and walking distance to Asbury Park main street. However the property itself shows signs of wear. The bedrooms are small and have uncomfortable beds. The room was very dusty and did not look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There is not a bathroom in the room, you have to use a shared bathroom with other guests. Over all the location is great but the property itself needs to be remodeled and cleaned. ”
