“Unfortunately the room I booked was extremely dirty… there were massive dark stains on the white sheets when first walking in. I asked for a new sheet and when I came to out the new one on- it too had lighter stains and tiny curly hairs all over it. The floors were uncleaned, bathroom still had hair and toilet paper on floor. The toilet still had feces from prior guest after not flushing. The ice machine had build up that hardened in my drinking water. The breakfast had moldy milk and after……

“This place was super clean! Only complaint I have, and it's not just this hotel. The pool area smells so strong of chlorine, it burns your eyes, and lungs. Literally. I took my grandsons so we could swim, and couldn't even be in the pool are for more than 10 minutes. Others were in there also complaining it was burning their eyes, and had to wash their eyes out.”

“Booked 2 rooms for my family and my boyfriend booked his own. Called to make sure we would be on the same floor, then checked again when I checked in on Friday. Was told yes both times. When my boyfriend showed up Saturday to check in he was told they overbooked King rooms (he booked in May) and to be on 4th floor he would need a 2 bed room. So he agreed and then was charged for the room in full, even though he paid when reserving. Then he was told that they had kicked his reservation because……
