“Booked a king bed, was given 2 queen's. I was told that was expedias fsult because they didnt have a king bed??A/c in room wasn't cooling off. Someone came to room to fix it and all he did was stand on the rolling office chair feel the vents. Turned A/C off and on then left. Room eventually cooled off a little after 4 hours.Way to many guest , lots of children. Could not use the pool or hot tub because of too many people each having lots of kids.Food area was so crowded, guest were rude, sloppy,……
