“Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! ”

“The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. “Communication with property manager very quick and efficient. Questions answered. House is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. ”

“This was a great space with plenty of room for two couples in the heart of the OTR district. The location was just a short Connector ride to the stuff we were doing including a Reds game and visiting Washington Park. Also just a short drive to other activities such as a show at Ludlow Garage and a fun time at Analog Fair. Highly recommended.”

“The stairs up to the unit are very steep. Could not park in front of the unit to unload items. Parking garage is far away. There was no welcome basket of goodies as mentioned in the add. The unit itself was clean. A lot of outside noise in the middle of the night woke up multiple times. The owner was good at communication. Good food options available in the area ”

“Great place for the price... There is a 2nd floor apt that was occupied for 1/2 of my stay. There were times that is was very loud above me in the middle of the night (3am) which was unfortunate.. perhaps some rugs to muffle the loud walking/dropping things? It was obvious that there was a small child in the family staying at the same time as me. Totally fine... these are the things we can't control in life!! In summary... 600 for a week stay... can't beat it. ”
