“Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful in letting me check in early. Wonderful view of the ocean and beach which was important to me as I was hoping to find sea and shorebirds, which I did! I also got amazing views of the SpaceX Falcon 12 launch!! The room was clean and the bed suuuuuper comfy, giving me the best night's sleep in weeks and by far the best hotel sleep I've had in a very long time. We were not able to use the cute fire-pit area or tiki bar due to inclement weather, but I'm sure it's a hit on nice evenings. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the main house. “Our stay at Cypress Moon Inn was idyllic!
The home is close to amenities. Cocooned on a large waterfront lot in a haven of trees, you feel miles away from the bustle.
Upon arrival, Linda warmly greeted us and ensured our comfort before offering a dinner suggestion. Ocean Boulevard was a spot-on recommendation!
The next morning, Greg shared local knowledge of the greater Outer Banks region. We followed several of his suggestions, resulting in an engaging and lovely day of exploration.
