“The home is unique but very nice. Everything you need and more is there to make your stay memorable; even bug spray for sitting on the porch at night in the rocking chair. Although off a main road it is tucked back and very private and quiet. Host offered great places to eat at and visit.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our group, the hot tub was great after a long day, and the game was an added bonus!”

“Very good”

“The property was lovely and a wonderful home base for our bourbon trail trip. It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. This was my first VRBO stay and was so easy and smooth. It was a great experience.”

“House was exactly what was described and pictured. great central location for bourbon tastings. beds were comfortable, towels and linens were clean and of a good quality. body wash, shampoo and conditioner were supplied. very responsive communication when there was an issue with the front gate code. parking a second car at the property was a bit tricky but we managed it. Some repairs are clearly needed but overall, the house is in good shape.”

“Very clean, has all the necessities, and very comfortable”

“The host very gracious and helped me tremendously with booking! The house was very clean and in a great location with a view of the lake. The hot tub was a favorite for my family and the pool in the resort was great. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay here again!”

“Excellent place, it was spotless and the service was great, I highly recommend it and plan to return.”

“We had a great experience with the host and the property. We would rent this again.”

“It has dirty dishes in the cabinet and old food left in the fridge and freezer. The outside is extremely over grown.”

“Ron was an excellent host. Great communication, cabin was clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to boom again!”

“Beautiful cabin, where great memories were made.”

“Beautiful clean home on a beautiful lot. Excellent attention to details.”

“This is the 4th house we have rented for a get-away with our children and grandchildren. All 11 of us agreed this was our favorite property! It had so many amenities and the setting was perfect, out in the country but close enough to a cute town with great restaurants. It is ideal for families with children or a group of adults. My grandchildren made me promise that we could come back to this house again.”

“Great stay, house was clean and was stocked with towels, linens and cooking supplies. Our only complaint was the outdoor areas, we would have loved to hang outside but everything was covered in bugs and spiderwebs. I know it’s in the mountains and by a lake but I was hoping to use all of the cute patios but couldn’t, well really didn’t want to.”

“Great house and property. Is close to the highway road so you do hear the boys and their toys (large trucks). A little more attention to the cleanliness of the barn area should be done.”
