### Delightful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom Single family home in Springfield

Located in Springfield, enjoy what this 3-bedroom has to offer. Guests will find a marvelous space featuring one king bed, one queen bed (reclining with massage), and one full bed, perfect for a restful night. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi bathtub and a bidet, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, and take advantage of thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer. This gorgeous house invites guests to relax and unwind in a serene setting. Experience what Springfield has to offer with a stay at our home. Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera next to the front door facing the front entry area. This camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. It records sound and video when activated by motion  
\- This 2-story home requires exterior steps to enter and interior stairs to access all of the  
bedrooms on the 2nd floor.  
  
The owner lives in the basement, which has a completely separate entrance. You may see them around the premises and they might stop by briefly to say hello. Feel free to ask any questions if you need assistance. There is a small room on the main floor that will be accessed exclusively by the owner through the basement.   
Children under the age of 8 cannot be accommodated, as the house’s painting and set up are not suitable for young children.
