“Lovely condo in the perfect location. We were in town for a family event and had a wonderful stay. The owners went above and beyond from water bottles in the fridge to new, spare toiletries. They were also very accessible. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Excellent, clean, modern condo with all the amenities needed. Perfect sleeping and main living/kitchen space for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for a family. Proximity to the beach is wonderful. The area and community are peaceful and feels like an escape but excellent shopping and dining are just minutes away.”

“We had the best vacation at the Ocean Pearl! Walking in it's clear that Rob and Nancy take such great pride in their Vrbo. We have never stayed in one that was this clean - it was spotless! The best thing about the condo was the wrap around deck. We absolutely loved sitting out first thing in the morning watching all the action on the beach. At night we would sit there watching lightning storms and we also had a gorgeous full moon! It was very quiet there due in part that it's on the top floor...

“Beautiful place! Owners gave us codes to everything we needed. They responded to every text. Not a problem being on 2nd floor with no elevator. My wife who have had ankles surgeries was able to go up and down stairs(slowly), but steady.Location is 2 minutes from beach. Would stay again when in Jacksonville!”

“I love this place. This is my second time staying here and it's been nicely updated. The beds are super comfortable. The location is so great. I love having the pool to jump into after being at the beach all day. Coffee shop and Thai food within walking distance. My dogs' favorite thing to do is sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean. When we first got here, we had an issue with the Internet not working. I contacted the host and they immediately took care of the problem. The level of...

“The place was very comfortable, the shower was warm, towels and bed linens were clean! We had everything we needed and wish we could’ve stayed longer. I loved that there was no shortage of fans because as a person who sleeps with fans there was more than one option and it was lovely! ”

“This is a beautiful condo. The view off the porch is gorgeous and the condo has everything you need. The owner was friendly and helpful and we even had decorated cookies as a welcome gift. Unfortunately, there was a mandatory evacuation because of a hurricane so we only got to stay 2 days. We would definitely stay here again.”
