“The staff was absolutely phenomenal & so welcoming!! When I arrived to my room, I realized my AC was not working, sent them a message & the had the maintenance guy there within 10 min! He was super polite & got it working again. BUT, it didn’t continue working for long. That is my only complaint.”

“What I didn’t like were all the signs of mold in our room! We both became sick and noticed that when we left the room the coughing severity would decrease and increase when we returned. Many places in our room that needed repair such as nracks and hole in the ceiling, along walls, lack spots on the furniture.”

“I didn’t like the hidden 45.00 resort fee.”

“Very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities on site are a huge plus! Definitely will stay again!”

“We loved this condo, it was within walking distance to the beach. We did have some issues when first checking in, but maintenance came the same day and fixed everything. Very spacious, wish the main bedroom had a dresser or some sort of closet space. Otherwise, it was pretty perfect!”

“The place was amazing, perfectly located near family kingdom just across the street. Kitchen amenities helped alot on saving money from eating out, me and my family cooked dinner at home the whole trip. We will be coming back next year !”

“Everything, Good”

“My room didn’t get trash picked up at all and didn’t have enough towels room was dirty bath tub was dirty with sand all in it fridge had someone else items left in it room looked like someone just made the beds and left plug in near bed didn’t work ran out of toilet paper called and asked about more toilet paper and never received any doubt I will ever stay at this location again”

“We loved everything about our stay. The best hotel we have ever stayed on Myrtle Beach!!!!!”

“A good hotel, reasonable prices, good service.”

“It’s was nice over all just what it says online only complaint I have was that the room above us must of had kids and they were running around from 7am to 12am (could hear every step they made) but over all was nice and clean!”

“The room was very clean and the amenities were great (i.e the pool, sauna and hot tub). Also, the staff was very professional and helpful. Great stay!!!”
