Another asset of the Mas Glamour is the large heated swimming pool of 18x5m which has a dedicated space with a large garden lounge and a pergola for placing sunbaths in the shade. The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with fiber internet connection. It consists at the ground floor of: \- A glass vestibule. \- An entrance with a guest toilet and cloakroom. \- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. \- A very large living area with impressive high ceilings and large bay windows opening onto the vast terrace, this includes: A fully equipped open kitchen with a large central island A dining room with a table for 8 people A bright living room with a 4-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a flat screen TV, a fireplace and a bookcase \- A scullery with extra crockery and a freezer. \- An office area with a bay window giving access to the terrace. \- A guest toilet. \- Bedroom 1: with two 90x200cm beds, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. \- Bedroom 2: with a 180x200cm bed (or 2x 90cm), access to the outside, a wardrobe and a hanging space. \- Full bathroom, shared by rooms 1 & 2, with basin, bath and shower. \- Bedroom 3: with a 180x200cm bed, access to the outside and a chest of drawers. A large terrace seamlessly extends the living area and features several shaded lounge spaces furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. In front of the kitchen, a large table seats up to 10 guests, perfect for enjoying warm open-air meals accompanied by delicious dishes prepared on the electric plancha. The pool area is a true haven of relaxation: a spacious corner garden lounge, pergola, 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols allow everyone to enjoy the sun or shade as they wish. The heated 18 x 5 metre swimming pool, 1.50 metres deep, salt-treated and secured with an electric cover, invites you to swim in complete peace of mind. An ideal setting to fully embrace the Provençal art of living, combining comfort, elegance and the gentle charm of the South.
