Thomas' Store- Remodeled in Oct 2021, pet friendly

2 bedroom, two bath cottage with living area, fully furnished kitchen, and dining table for 6. Master has king bed and large jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and bunks. Both bedrooms have TVs. Front porch is open and additional porch is screened with seating. The resort features pool, sauna/hot tub, fitness room, tennis court, fenced dog park, community boat docks, walking trails, petting zoo, and much more. You will need to bring your own equipment for archery, tennis, basketball. Ping pong set provided. You will need to bring the archery and tennis equipment if you plan to use these facilities.

Great Place

Came during scallop season and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. Short walk to the dock to go scalloping which was a plus. I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in Steinhatchee because this place was as advertised.

Beautiful place!

Beautiful place. Would definitely stay again. The house was very nice and location was great. The resort amenities were cool, down to the private boat dock and fish cleaning station!

Wonderful place to stay! This is my 5th time staying here over the years for fishing getaways and scalloping trips! Jeff has a great place and makes sure you are set up upon arrival! I cannot wait to stay here again on my next trip!

Great Family Oriented Get Away

We took a quick weekend trip to scallop. This place was perfect! The kids were well occupied with the ping pong table, petting zoo and water activities. It is a great place to unplug!

Great trip, great location and home!

Our family (2 adults, 12yo, 9yo, and our fave cavapoo) had the best time scalloping this year with friends and was made even better by the location and amenities in this home. Highly recommend staying here if you are going to Steinhatchee!

Old Timers Visit

Thomas' Store was very comfortable and great location. Visited Steinhatchee several times before and interested in what happened after the Hurricanes. Amazed how much has been repaired and up and operating. Owner was very helpful via cell chat.

Fishing trip

It was a very nice little house. Everything we needed was there and the owner called us to let us know if we wanted to check in early, no problem. Everyone in the community were friendly and went out of their way to help you. There were lots of room to park your boat and trailer and wash it down. If you wanted to leave it in the water there was plenty of space at the dock. None of us had one complaint and will be back in the near future.

Relaxing Getaway Celebration

We enjoyed a much needed relaxing getaway with friends for my husband’s 50th birthday. We walked local trails, strolled the property, and ate delicious local seafood. The house was just right! Jeff was friendly and helpful.

Perfect family vacation home

We just loved staying at Thomas’s Store. The house was the perfect size for our family and the surrounding property is beautiful. Steinhatchee Landing is the perfect place to stay with young children. There is a lot there to keep them occupied. The owner, Jeff, was very accommodating and answered my questions promptly. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Super Scalloping Spot

Nice house in a clean, quiet community. Great little marina where you can tie up your boat, nice covered scallop cleaning station. All the other guests and residents we ran into were very pleasant. We will absolutely be doing this again!

Wonderful Escape from Hurricane Dorian

Thank you so much for opening your home to us to stay out of the path of hurricane Dorian. It was relaxing, well as relaxing as evacuation can be. The property was beautiful with a great view overlooking the boardwalk and creek, and there’s so much to do in Steinhatchee.

New Family Tradition

Property very quaint and comfortable living for our family of 4, and boating family that came to cook out with us for the Fourth of July. Thomas' Store is easy access to boat slip and river. Steinhatchee Landing is a very nice home away from home. Perfect for our scalloping/ fishing trip to celebrate my daughter's bday.

Tons of character and charm!

We loved our respite at Thomas's Store #31. The home was exactly as described, the ambiance was charming and the location perfect. One of the best at the Landings! Being able to bring our 10 month old puppy was especially important. We enjoyed meeting friendly neighbors, walks along the river, and coffee on the screened in porch. Jeff was readily available and quick to answer our questions. We would love to return someday-thank you!
