“Well maintained historic building in a beautiful town.”

“Key room doest work wasted almost 3 hours with long journey. No sufficient staff. Looked like there is only 1 person for all needs. Just a hype to look old and characteristic hotel. I have been to many such celebrated hotel older then this and it is well maintained and have caring staff to take care of hotel.”

“Our cottage was beautiful, but we likely wouldn’t ever return. We were only there for 8 hours, so I’m not sure how many things didn’t work but I’d assume it was quite a lot. We struggled to work the shower for about 30 minutes. We tried calling the front desk, but no one ever answered so my husband had to drive down there. Someone came to help who was very kind, but he was never able to get it working and said the maintenance person wasn’t responding to calls. Ultimately, we figured out their……

“Lovely boutique style rooms in a gorgeous location with a terrific restaurant and bar on site. I’m so glad we stayed here. It was a perfect start to our visit to Scotland. Beautiful views over the water from the front porch of the hotel. Plenty of available parking. And a bus stop across the road from the hotel if you don’t want to drive. Beds were very comfortable. Blackout curtains genuinely darkened the room. Bathroom was very clean and well appointed. Huge fluffy towels. We would definitely……
