“No breakfast. Very dirty parking lot. Shower had no shower head! The water was so backed up it was up to my calves. There was one roll of TP…but just sat there and not on the holder. I have a service dog. The manager harassed me for 15-20 minutes because he didn’t see where I indicated tht when I booked on Expedia. I left a night early because I was so upset. The manager does not care, is rude, and they charge you an extra fee as soon as you check in. Not a good deal. But it is across from the……

“I stopped for the night on a road trip. I was checked in quickly & the room was sparkling clean. I was bringing the contents of a relative's refrigerator, so I was thrilled to see the larger, apartment-size fridge, not a mini fridge. Everything in the room was very dated, but I didn't care. The mini fridge & microwave worked, and the bed was super comfortable! The staff was just one woman who may have been the owner. She was super nice & helpful.”

“This hotel is scam , because they would take your money when you don’t safe at the hotel . So you at for a refund . The manger will not call you back to her about your situation. I asked to be moved and they couldn’t because they only had one room left and that was the room they gave me . I asked to be moved because my room had to much traffic in front of my room . “The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them.
