“The listing photos very appropriately depict the details of the property. Was very clean. Close to the T subway so made it easy to get around Boston if you’re not looking to rent a car. Only grievance was that the AC seemed to not work. Our group set it to 68 and the place only managed to get down to 73 with windows open and standing fans provided in the unit. The weather probably helped with this though because we visited when temperature outside was 50-60. The hosting party, who was off site,……

“Great budget friendly place. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable; sound machines in every room. Very basic necessities- cooking utensils, towels, in unit washer and dryer. Host communication was excellent - they were very responsive with any questions/issues. Walkable to train (7-10 min; downhill to train, uphill back); however would not recommend walking after dark.”

“As this is a newly remodeled property everything was spotless. Totally outfitted kitchen with everything you might need to cook with. Great coffee maker & tea kettle as well! The wine chiller was a treat which you don't find in many kitchens. The beds were all super comfortable with very nice sheets. Good restaurant choices within walking distance and a local bakery just down the street.”

“Great location! Easy walk to Inman, Central and Harvard squares. Beautiful walk up Harvard street to Harvard square. The location felt very safe. Loved the balconies! Beds were incredibly comfortable. Very clean! Quiet! Off street parking! Having a washer and dryer was great! The kitchen was perfect! Absolutely loved the stay! Our host was great! Very quick to reply when we had questions. We normally stay between Harvard and Porter squares. This was a great change and I’m so glad we did it!”
