Updated bathroom, very pretty! There was a smell when I first walked in that made the room feel dated. Comfortable bed. Great location near restaurants and my Boston College graduate student son's apartment. A Starbucks on the main floor. I will definitely stay there again. 🙂

It is a charming old style hotel / guest house and has great access to the tram service; however the noise at night due to works on the tram lines was pretty bad during my stay.
