“Great place to stay! Clearly a place with a rich history (Cherokee) with a lot of old artifacts.”

“Room clean breakfast was ok and they have benches in the parking to enjoy the Mountain View. However there are no amenities no pool no hot tub I could have stayed elsewhere for same price with amenities pool would have been great with this hot summer. Or at least not charge same fee as having amenities. I was very disappointed”

“Front desk guy was teally nice and deserves a good review. Buy that is the only thing good about the hotel. Room is dirty, full of dead insects. Bedsheets look 50 years old. Stinks indian food to the point that the odor will stick to your clothes. Never going back. Unfortunately indian businesses are always discussing.”

“As with all Comfort Inns we have been to, they show their wear and tear. However, with this location, the only problem we noticed was the carpet leading to the rooms was stained in areas. Inside the room, it was clean and the mattress was ok, but, the pillows were square little ones (not a fan). Staff was friendly and the location was close to Ellijay.”

“Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok.……

“The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked ”
