“The Tempo has reasonable rates and is a great place to stay in Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood. It is also within walking distance to Downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. “The property was lovely. The rooms were extremely clean, but what made my experience top-tier….. Were the employees!!! There were three people that I saw working during my stay. They were all African-American. There was a Lady, a younger gentleman and an older gentleman. All of them were just wonderful. I wasn’t a fan of the parking situation, but it was in downtown so it is what it is but due to how wonderful the staff was I’d come back again even though I didn’t enjoy the parking situation.……

“This hotel did not feel like a Marriott. It felt a little dated. The floor plan was a little awkward. I never did find an ice machine. Parking garage was bit secure. There were also issues with the elevator and only one was operating most of the weekend. All of that being said, I would STILL give this hotel 5 stars and will DEFINITELY return in the future. The staff was second to none and more than eager to help out or just say a friendly hello the entire trip. The rooms, the pool, the……
