  • Condominio de lujo frente al mar a precios muy asequibles. Justo al norte de Rosarito, a solo 10 millas al sur de la frontera. Nuestro exclusivo condominio frente al mar consta de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1,640 pies cuadrados, sellado de gran altura, amplio espacio de vida abierto que se abre a una gran terraza que es de gran tamaño para entretener a amigos y maximizar las vistas al mar de aguas blancas. Ubicado en playas recónditas, limpias y a miles y miles de playas de arena virgen, disfrute de una vista completa del océano desde la sala de estar, el comedor, el dormitorio principal y el balcón. Nuestro condominio ubicado en un edificio de gran altura con entrada privada y seguridad las 24 horas, estacionamiento subterráneo y acceso de entrada y salida a la autopista increíblemente fácil. A solo una milla de distancia de la ciudad, comida y compras (Walmart, Home Depot & Clothing) y entretenimiento.

Amazing weekend

The apartment was simply amazing, the pictures don’t do justice. Have all amenities needed for a great stay. we enjoy the ocean views and the balcony was great. Jacob was very kind and allowed us to complete check in early always available to answer any concerns promptly. Cannot wait till we go again, im happy I found a great place to stay for future vacations.

The most relaxing beautiful place

The condo is located in a very beautiful spot on the beach... it has security 24 seven which makes you feel very safe... The owner is the nicest person on the planet..The accommodations were perfect I would highly recommend the condo in fact I will be using it probably three times a year

Family Baja road trip

We showed up early by accident and Jacob was so nice to let us in early. The property was amazing. Beautiful deserted beach. Cold but clean pools (3) and eight hot tubs (also cold). The condo had everything we needed and more! We felt like rockstars staying here.

Our experience was so wonderful! The condo was absolutely beautiful. Everyone working on the property was very friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the view! I recommend Las Olas Mar y Sol to anyone coming this direction. We also really appreciated the contact with the owner of the condo, Jacob. He was very informative, quick to respond and very friendly!

Great as always

Yacoub is a great host. He make sure we got all ready for the trip and a last call before arriving to make sure we were good to go. Is our 7th annual trip for Rosarito and this time was good as always. Thank you Yacoub.

Breathtaking view

Beautiful location and breathtaking view, condo was very comfortable but they could of do a better job cleaning and maintaining the property, electric sockets were damage and burnt, overall the place was nice and the view was breathtaking

My Home Away From Home

This particular condo has it all.....a view, all the amenities, location and not to mention cleanliness. I recommend this location to anyone traveling down to Baja. Jacob was not only responsive and accommodating, but very friendly as well. Needless to say, I will be back.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, and the inside and outside was very clean. There was security walking throughout, felt very safe while at the condo. One down side was there were only two of the jacuzzis kind of working and despite it saying no kids they were constantly full of kids. I also had an odd experience that a Mexico number called me middle of the night yelling why was I messing with their stuff when me and all my guests had been in bed for the night it startled me and I have no idea who it was or how they got my cellphone number.

Our stay in Rosarito

Very nice to be close to the ocean and hear the waves crashing. For the most part it was quiet except Saturday night when loud booming music from a nearby unit went on until about midnight. I don't think there is anyone but the remotely located front gate guard as an employee on the grounds during the night so no one else to handle the situation even though "rules" say no loud music after 9. The sheets on the bed did not stay in place, maybe because they were old ones. It took awhile to get hot water in the bathroom, causing waste of water. But nice to have all of the appliances and dishware we needed to make our meals in the unit. But the TV had serious burn-in problems. Very nice pools and multiple hot saunas outside. Handy elevator. Underground parking is a plus. The prompt return of the cleaning deposit was greatly appreciated! To sum it up, some things were really nice and a few things could use some loving care.

impressive twenty story build , easy on off form toll road great location

only giving three stars eight jacuzzi's ? none of which worked, work out and sauna where under construction so for get that , two elevators one working and I was their for eight days . The units master bath had black mold which my wife cleaned but the shower head was clogged with mold . luckily the other shower was fine. gas in grill was empty , which I removed and replaced on my time and cash. don't understand why the front window is blocked it prevents any air circulation we opened the door to allow sea breeze in. also only one tv, some ants we spray'ed the beds where good, the balcony has a great view and comfortable furniture my favorite place except for the beach the water and waves off the charts. Also the surf fishing was beyond my expectations in fact it was outstanding .everything in the kitchen worked except the garbage disposal.had a power issue would have liked to have spent fifty less considering the short comings.One other thing regarding the beach, there's run-off south of the building about an eighth of a mile that smells and looks nasty . beaches are not white sand and at times looks like a dog park.which the residents are negligent more times then not. horses also parade on beach. but very peace full uncrowded clean building

The place is nice and roomy you get a nice t.v. big tub and most of all a beautiful view of the beach and pool area. They have good security. The beach is clean.

Great vacation spot!

We really enjoyed staying at Jacob's place. We plan to do it again at our earliest convenience. The beach is steps away, and there are several pools and spas to choose from, as the pictures show. It is that beautiful. And while some of the other amenities of the facility aren't currently available (gym, sauna, steam room), it is still a great destination.

My family enjoyed the condo and the beautiful beach. We received the condo clean and in perfect condition. Jacob is an outstanding host and was always aware of our needs. The only downside was that only 2 Jacuzzis worked.

Beautiful place

Loved the place. The condo is everything as shown. Great security upon arrival. Building managers on the other hand made us (my family) feel a bit uncomfortable. Kept coming back to question us while we were trying to enjoy the Jacuzzi. For some reason they showed no record of our stay.

Relaxation at its best!

Property is very clean and very inviting. Loved the balcony and the large glass doors overlooking the ocean. Easy access and close to Rosarito but far enough have peace & quiet! I will return!

Peaceful with amazing view

The condo was clean and bright with beautiful interior design. They have a huge balcony overlooking the ocean it has comfortable seating for both lounging and a table for eating. They provided extra blankets for use while sitting on the balcony in case the temperature is cool. It was peaceful because the beach was nearly deserted. We rarely saw anyone else. There is a security guard watching over the parking lot area so your vehicle will be secure. There is no restaurant or bar on site or even near by so you will need to be self sustained with beverages and food to enjoy while you're in the condo. The town is about 3 miles away. They do have very good restaurants. When you go make sure you have dinner at los Pelicanos and also at lost Consuelo's del Mole. There is also a fabulous small Taqueria on the main street named Carnitas de Micuacan 2. It was the best for flavor, value, and service. There is a Walmart in town that has excellent prices and selection for food and beverages. There is also a sonrisa hipér supermarket. There is a Cineplex nearby the Walmart if you want to catch a movie, some are in English with Spanish subtitles. The bottom line I think the condo is a great value for families as there are two separate seating areas inside and outside and there are two separate sleeping areas. The second bedroom has two comfortable double beds. The kitchen is fully functional with everything you would need . They offer Dish with many channels as well.

Even before we arrived talking to Jacob, we knew the condo was going to be a fun relaxing time .Very quite and relaxing place beautiful views and the people running the gates and security were very friendly and helpful . We will be returning soon thank you Jacob for letting us use your home

Nice condo.

So quiet. Except for the sound of the ocean! Not complaining I needed to add. The view was perfect Sat on the balcony drank wine and watched the sunset. The hot tubs were nice and hot. Not the pools. Brrr kitchen was so spacious. Getting there, trust the directions given.
