"note: they are remodeling,but very tidy about it.no intereference at all. Finally an acesible room that truly was in every way. roll in shower withdetachable shower head bench, plenty of room for wheelchair. high toilet bars whereever you seemed to want one. flat egress directly to outside for emergencies. i have had too many rooms in other nice hotels where the bathroom is misrepresented.quiet,back from the main road but easy access to everywhere i wanted to go in the rochester area.beds were comfy too. whenever traveling to the area in the future i will be staing there."

"The home was adorable. The street was nice and quiet. The area was close to lots of parks, which was nice. The decor was clean and contemporary with all the essentials and plenty of spaces to be together and alone if needed. Check in was a breeze. "
"Upon arrival, we were initially hesitant because the house didn’t seem to match the price from the outside. However, the interior was immaculate and everything was recently updated. Our host provided numerous items to make our stay more comfortable, including coffee and shampoo. All towels and sheets were clean. There were many games for the kids, TVs throughout the house, and a lovely back deck for relaxation. The space was ample for everyone to spread out. Our only concern was the apparent lack of air conditioning upon arrival, but with the direction of the host we found an unlabeled switch in the basement that was turned off, disabling the furnace for the HVAC. Once we flipped the switch, the AC worked almost too well. This rental is an excellent choice for anyone visiting RIT or Rochester. We were very pleased with the rental and the host, Ruth, who was very responsive and helped us resolve our issue."
"Great stay from start to finish! Check-in was easy, and the staff were super helpful—gave me the rundown on breakfast and pointed out some local spots in the neighborhood.
Tons of parking, including a few spots in front and on the sides, but the real gem is the huge lot in the back. If you park back there, chances are you’ll have a clear view of your car from your room—very convenient and secure!
The room was spacious and peaceful—perfect for prepping for my major exam. I actually ended up booking an extra night just to unwind afterward. The kitchenette came in handy, and the sofas and chairs were super comfy. Everything was clean, the water pressure was great, and the bathroom (including the tub!) was well-maintained.
Highly recommend for both work and relaxation!"
