"This hotel has become our "Go to" when we have appointments at University Hospitals and Clinic. Convenient and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good Price is reasonable. Tried a couple other places and keep coming back to this one. Highly recommwnd!"

"Got locked out of my room and the receptionist didn’t help get my room unlocked, didn't offer another room to stay in, didn’t call for help, didn’t call the manager, didn’t inform the manager, when she came in, in the morning. Breakfast was adequate. Sinks and drains didn’t drain properly. Questionable markings on the walls around the toilet."

"The hotel was very quiet. The beds were pleasant. Which of the main things I want at a hotel. The room was a bit “tired” as there were minor maintenance issues that hadn’t been addressed. Small holes in the wall. A running toilet (which I repaired) and numerous small things that add up. The coffee machine at breakfast was awful. Undrinkable. AmericInn is indeed off my go to properties breccias they are quiet and cost effective. I’d still recommend the place, but this certain location has some work to do to bring it up to the standards of their other locations."

"The front desk worker came down to the pool area and berated us for eating in the pool area, and we were not eating in the pool area. We had water bottles, that was it. She was extremely rude and way off base. We have stayed here for years and now we never will again. "
