“Immediately upon walking into the bathroom, 4 bugs were seen and multiple other ones during the 2 nights we stayed here were seen. The water in the bathtub would not shut off all the way and dripped constantly, there was a big hole in the bathtub, and the light would randomly turn on 3-4 times in the middle of the night by itself with an annoying beeping at all hours.”

“Our room was lovely. However, it looked out over the roof and mechanicals. That was an unpleasant surprise.. but I guess, someone has to get a room like that??? We had no bath towels in our room and did not realize it until I was in the shower. There was also no conditioner in the dispenser. Beds were oddly lumpy and the sheet did not smell like they'd been sanitized. Smelled like they been minimally washed with a million other sheets and still smelled like musty body smell. The layout……
