“I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was a genuinely terrible stay. I did not get what I paid for and have had better experiences in budget motels.
Room Issues: I paid for a King bed but was given a Queen. The bathroom floor and toilet were extremely dirty, the door wouldn't stay shut, and the TV remote was broken with the volume stuck at max, making it unusable.
No Sleep: My room was 5 steps from the lobby. Loud jazz music played on an endless loop through the speakers all night with no staff……

“Fantastic property overall. The staff is VERY nice and attentive.
The only thing that confused me was that I got daily housekeeping, but only for the bathroom. They would clean the bathroom, replace towels, empty the trash - but only from the bathroom. I found that odd, but I am low-maintenance, so it wasn't a big deal - just found it odd.”
