“Hotel was ridden hard and put away wet!! So, to speak. All the carpets in the halls and stairs were extremely dirty and really need to be replaced. While the room was clean, I don't believe the hotel puts a lot of effort in maintenance. Also, there is a no smoking rule, but the rooms still had a sense of smoke smell.”

“We checked in 7/30/26 around 2:00ish. The young lady behind the counter was everything a person in the service business shouldn't be. What they should be is friendly, attentive and helpful. She was there the next morning around 9:00am when we came down for breakfast. Unfortunately her behavior the day before wasn't an exception. this time she bordered on the edge of downright rude when I asked for extra pillows and towels. The other staff members we interacted with for our 4 night stay were……
