“Significant amount of maintenance going on at the moment. Lots of areas cordoned off. The spa at the tropical pool is not in operation due to maintenance. But we've. Been here 5 days and haven't seen anyone working on it. The spa at the main lagoon pool area was lovely for the first two nights. Then didn't work on the third. Desk guy came out and looked. He got the maintenance guy who eventually said we'll have to get the pool people out to fix it. That was 3 days ago and it's still not working.……

“There is a restaurant and bar downstairs. The parking space is crowded. The accommodation conditions are simple and the bed is narrow.”

“When I booked this hotel room - the photos used was showing rooms overlooking the pool in different angles. I booked the room and paid a non refundable payment. I assumed that we would get a similar looking room with that view as that was what was what they were showing, that’s why I picked this property. A day before arrival I was told this was not the room we would be getting. I did inform them that that was what I booked as per their photos, they said “sorry but as it’s fully booked they……
