“Staff was personable and responsive. I had to change rooms due to a problem with the noise level of the refrigerator in the room. Once I reported it, the staff acted promptly to move me to another room. The facility was otherwise clean and well maintained.”

“This was a quiet and quaint place along the Erie Lake. Don’t look for a gym or spa / sauna, but they did have an outdoor swimming pool. Lots of trees and a great view of the lake”

“Very pleasant overnight stay. "Worst" complaint I could make was that it took a little while for hot water to get from tank to shower...but it did become nice and hot.”

“The room was very clean and spacious. I ate in the breakfast area once. Food was very good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal and fruit. I door poor. Outdoor area to sit, relax, eat, drink and watch the boat traffic. Marina next door. Several restaurants within walking distance with outdoor space available. Ice cream trailer with great outdoor space within walking distance as well. Great hotel!”

“Unclean, smelly room, lobby”

“Room was clean, besides the black crust from the toilet. Staff was the best part. Parking was, parking. Not many ppl there when I went. Air conditioning worked and the hot water was nice. BUT!! The outside window to my room could be opened by a 4yo that's curious. Rotted out windows. Refrigerator didn't work in the room. Vending machine didn't work. Nothing worked. THE WINDOWS!! Never been so scared to go to sleep in my life. And I camp outside with bears and stuff”

“Dirty, strange and rude staff with a criminal element mixed in. The pool is algae filled, nothing works like AC, we quickly just left and of course he refused repayment. There was a truck filled with trash, looked like a place for a squatter and it was the property was completely unkept. I was scared for myself and my family and want no one to ever visit.”
