The staff was very friendly and very helpful, we are very disappointed that the pool was under construction it would have been nice if they let us know ahead of time that the place was under construction since we were very excited to enjoy the beautiful pool but overall it was a very fun place and of course the beach.”

“Thought we would have a beach front unit… small print said gulf view, large print said beach front. Jamie at the desk “tried “ to get it changed or compensate for the lack of clarity but nothing was done. The room shows wear and tear, was basic. The floors were nasty, we had to sweep and mop on day one, the babies socks looked like they had walked on a tarred road. The pools were nice, not enough loungers though. The beach was beautiful. Our family enjoyed the pool and the beach. The elevators……
