"Stayed here for a week while working in the area. Great location, within walking distance of downtown restaurants and easy to get in an out of Columbia. Loved the gated parking and security in the building, very safe. Unit is spacious and comfortable. Also, on the first floor so getting in and out with luggage and bags was easy. Will definitely stay here again."

Canoe, kayaks, paddle boat, & stand up paddle boards. It’s awesome. The rooms are all good looking and loaded w/ features. Bed was soft & comfy. Snacks, water, etc. It is so worth coming here ❤️👍"

"Excellent location for a USC visit. This home is slightly east of Main Street in downtown COLA but a very short walk. Also less than 2 miles from Colonial Life Arena, The Horseshoe, and central USC campus. Even though this is not really in a "neighborhood" - we felt very safe. Fully-stocked with all you need in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Streaming-access TV is a plus to use with personal log-in. Communication with owners is quick and detailed. "So much to say but I'll stick with letting the owner know a welcome manual may be necessary for Wifi information along with general house amenities and how to work them. Not enough linen was available. No ice maker. Verbal communication with owner was a bit stressful. Try to cater to your guest, not your culture."
