“We attempted numerous times to receive an early check-in, by only an hour and a half. Because of an event we had to attend. There were only nine automobiles in the parking lot, totally. Approximately 100 rooms in the hotel, and Management couldn’t accommodate us in any way, other than using a public bathroom to change our closing and prepare for the event. And the hotel was not overbooked.”
“After trying to check in I was told I had to come back in an hour because the room was being cleaned allegedly. The room stunk of mold. There was black mold and funguses growing on the wall under the desk. The carpet was soaking wet and reeked of mold. There was several used condoms under the edge of the bed. The neighboring room which the gentleman appeared to live their full-time was openly smoking meth in the parking lot.
No staff were able to be found to address the problems after checking.”
