“We stayed during the corporate transfer from LaQuinta to Travel Lodge. Let's start with the positive: Great coffee. The water pressure was fantastic. The location was great. The staff did the best they could during the transition. A one star was a stretch. Our first room was uncleaned and not reset. The 2nd room (which we ended up having to stay in) had wet carpet. The 3rd room, which the front desk secretary went to inspect was so bad she said she wouldn't even stay in it. The health……

“Never booking another hotel without looking at ratings before hand. Totally my fault. Gentleman that checked us in was good. Noticed immediately that there was 2 holes in the bathroom door. Shower handle falling off. We stayed 3 days and never got roome service (clean towels, more soap etc) I had to walk to the front to get more shower towels. Had trowel with door not locking and get more keys. Had to try several times. Then to top it off we got charged $20 because the towels we used had 2……

“Found a softball in our room. So obviously wasn't cleaned. Curtains need to close all the way for darkness. Hallway and elevator smelled like marijuana. Window screens in pool area were broken out.”
