Modern design offers the perfect blend of beauty and peace of the mountains, and the luxurious comforts of home. Home features 4 bedrooms: 2 with king beds and 2 with two twin beds each that can be combined to form 2 additional kings. Each bedroom has full ensuite bathroom with large showers.

Brand-new high-end appliances, fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Pella windows. Enjoy the convenience of radiant floor heating and WiFi. Large living room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace provides the perfect spot for family and friends to relax in comfort. Sliding doors lead to private patio area.

Included Amenities: on-premises private miles of groomed hiking trails; pond with gazebo; access to our on-premise luxury barn with game room and beautiful gathering area.

Windham Farmhouses are ideally suited for couples, families & friends, family reunions, birthdays & anniversaries. Our luxury barn & private grounds are a perfect gathering spot for your small wedding, as well as for corporate events such as retreats, team off-sites and team-building.

Convenient to Ski Windham, golf, restaurants and local attractions. Enjoy all-season beauty and comfort with your family and friends in your private luxury mountain retreat. We now have 2 new-build additional houses on the same circle [#37 and #39 Knollwood Circle]. Beautiful house, spectacular property

I really enjoyed my time here. The house was comfortable, modern and well taken care of, and the property it was on was beautiful. Good access to town as well, and the full kitchen was well appointed. I had a really relaxing weekend, I'd book this again.

Beautiful gem of a place.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful Catskills retreat! We booked with Several friends and celebrated their 50th birthday here and it was a wonderful decision. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable visit. From the cozy fireplace and spacious deck to the stunning views of the woods and mountains. Set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, every detail was thoughtfully curated to create the perfect escape. The modern decoration pulled your eye beyond it to the natural beauty just outside.The location was ideal, secluded enough to feel like a true getaway, but still just a 10-15 minute drive to the charming town of Windham, the ski resort, hiking trails, and great local dining. We highly suggest the Windham path for a beautiful light walk. Although it rained quite a bit of the time we were there (unseasonably I was told by the locals), it was so relaxing that we didn’t care. The Vrbo host John was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire booking process effortless. The property manager Sandy was wonderful as well, swooping in to take care of any issue with speed and care. (There were only two, just a simple trash pickup and some IT support on the satellite).It’s clear they care deeply about the guest experience.We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene, nature-filled Catskills experience!
